1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Axiom Signals (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Disclaimers & Risk Disclosure, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use of the Service will comply with all applicable laws.
3. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@axiomsignals.io immediately of any unauthorized use. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and to keep it updated.
4. Description of the Service
Axiom Signals is a software platform that presents market data, analytics, historical performance, evidence summaries, AI-generated commentary, alerts, watchlists, and educational content. Features and content may change without notice. The Service is provided for informational, research, analytical, and educational purposes only.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
The Service offers a Free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Paid subscriptions:
- Are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) at the price displayed at checkout.
- Automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
- Are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store raw payment card numbers.
- May be subject to taxes based on your billing location.
- May change in price with prior notice; changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
We do not currently offer a free trial. Any promotional offer, if introduced, will be clearly disclosed at the point of sale.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain Pro access until then. Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated at purchase, fees are non-refundable.
7. No Investment, Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice
Axiom Signals is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, fiduciary, or financial planner and does not provide personalized investment, legal, tax, accounting, or financial-planning advice. Nothing on the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or other financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your investment and trading decisions.
8. Trading & Investment Risks
Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss, including the risk of losing your entire investment. Market volatility, liquidity conditions, technology failures, execution slippage, and other factors can materially affect outcomes. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose, and consult a qualified professional before acting.
9. Market Data
Market data displayed on the Service may be delayed, cached, estimated, revised, incomplete, unavailable, or affected by third-party provider errors. Timestamps and freshness labels indicate best-effort provenance and do not guarantee accuracy. See our Data Sources & Methodology page for provider detail.
10. AI-Generated Content
Portions of the Service (including Ask Axiom and Morning Brief) use large language models to summarize, explain, and reason over market evidence. AI output can be incorrect, incomplete, inconsistent, or reflect model limitations. A confident tone does not mean an output is correct. You must independently evaluate AI output before relying on it.
11. Signals, Confidence & Track Record
Signals, confidence scores, regime classifications, and other analytical outputs are model-derived assessments based on available evidence — not trade instructions or probabilities of profit. Axiom Track Record measures the performance of published analytical signals across defined horizons; it is not the performance of an investable strategy or a customer account. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
12. Alerts & Availability
Alerts and notifications may be delayed, duplicated, or missed. The Service may experience outages, planned maintenance, or degraded performance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
13. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
- Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data at scale, or use automated agents to abuse the API.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Service content without written permission.
- Use the Service to violate any law, infringe rights of others, or transmit malware.
- Interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the Service.
14. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, content, analytics, models, trademarks, and design, is owned by Axiom Signals or its licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. Feedback you submit may be used by us without obligation.
15. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or to comply with legal obligations. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription and closing your account. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED WILL BE COMPLETE, TIMELY, OR ACCURATE.
17. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AXIOM SIGNALS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Axiom Signals and its personnel harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
19. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's principal place of business, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law grants you a non-waivable right to a different forum. Nothing in this section limits your right to bring a claim in small-claims court where available.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, ask you to re-accept before continuing to use the Service. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
21. Miscellaneous
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Axiom Signals regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements on that subject. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or acquirer.
