Disclaimers & Risk Disclosure

Axiom Signals is a market-intelligence, research, analytics, and educational software platform. Everything on the Service is informational only. This page describes the most important risks and limitations you must understand before using it.

Effective: July 12, 2026Last updated: July 12, 2026

No Investment, Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice

Axiom Signals is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, fiduciary, or financial planner. Nothing on the Service constitutes:

  • A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument.
  • A solicitation or offer to buy or sell any security.
  • Personalized investment advice tailored to your financial circumstances.
  • Legal, tax, accounting, or financial-planning advice.

Analytical labels, signals, confidence scores, and AI commentary are informational outputs, not instructions.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Conducting your own research.
  • Independently verifying information before acting on it.
  • Evaluating whether any strategy or instrument is suitable for you.
  • Assessing and managing your own risk.
  • Making your own trading and investment decisions.
  • Consulting qualified professionals where appropriate.

Risk of Loss

Securities and trading involve substantial risk, including the risk that you may lose some or all of your invested capital. Leverage, options, and derivatives can magnify losses. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

Data Risk

Data displayed on Axiom Signals may be:

  • Delayed, stale, cached, estimated, revised, incomplete, or unavailable.
  • Affected by errors from third-party data providers.
  • Combined from multiple sources with different update frequencies.

A displayed timestamp, freshness label, or status pill is best-effort provenance — it does not guarantee accuracy. See Data Sources & Methodology for more detail.

System & Software Risk

Software systems can fail. Specifically:

  • Calculations can be incorrect.
  • Data pipelines and providers can fail or degrade.
  • Network interruptions can occur.
  • Features can be temporarily unavailable or under maintenance.
  • Alerts can be delayed, duplicated, or missed.
  • Displayed information can be incorrect.

AI Limitations

AI-generated content on the Service can:

  • Misunderstand context.
  • Omit relevant information.
  • Generate factually incorrect statements ("hallucinations").
  • Draw incorrect conclusions from correct inputs.
  • Produce inconsistent responses to similar questions.
  • Rely on stale or incomplete underlying evidence.

A confident tone does not mean an AI output is correct. Independently evaluate every AI response.

Signals & Confidence

  • A "signal" is an analytical output, not a trade instruction.
  • Confidence is a model-derived assessment based on available evidence — not a probability of profit.
  • Regime labels such as "risk-on," "risk-off," "bullish," "bearish," "aligned," and similar terms are analytical classifications that do not guarantee future market direction.

Historical Performance

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Historical outcomes may not repeat under different market conditions. Sample sizes matter. Transaction costs, taxes, spreads, slippage, liquidity, and execution can cause real-world results to differ materially from any historical or hypothetical analysis.

Axiom Track Record

Axiom Track Record measures the forward performance of published analytical signals across defined time horizons using publicly observable market prices. It is not audited investment performance, is not the performance of a managed portfolio or customer account, and does not represent returns a real trader would have achieved after costs, slippage, or execution constraints.

No Sole Reliance

Do not make any financial decision solely in reliance on Axiom Signals. The Service is one input among many — use it alongside your own research, risk management, and professional advice.
