Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Axiom Signals collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Axiom Signals website, terminal, and related services.

Effective: July 12, 2026Last updated: July 12, 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to information we process about visitors, registered users, and subscribers of Axiom Signals. It does not apply to third-party sites you reach through links on our Service.

2. Information You Provide

  • Account information: name, email, password, and (for OAuth sign-in) the identifiers your provider shares.
  • Subscription & billing information: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We store subscription status, plan, renewal date, and last-four card metadata returned by Stripe. We do not receive or store raw payment card numbers.
  • Support requests: the name, email, category, and message you submit through our Contact form.
  • Product usage: watchlists, alerts, preferences, and other configuration you save.
  • Ask Axiom queries: the questions you ask and the AI responses returned, associated with your account so you can revisit them.

3. Information Collected Automatically

  • Device & usage: browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs, pages viewed, and interactions.
  • Log & security data: IP address, timestamps, request paths, error events, and rate-limit signals used for fraud, abuse, and security monitoring.
  • Analytics events: aggregate product-usage events (page views, feature interactions) used to improve the Service.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may break parts of the Service such as authentication.

5. AI Interactions

Ask Axiom and other AI features process your prompts through a large-language-model provider in order to generate responses. Prompts and responses are stored with your account. Do not include sensitive personal information you would not want stored or processed.

8. Sharing & Sale of Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information in response to lawful requests, to enforce our Terms, to protect the rights, property, and safety of Axiom Signals and others, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

9. Retention

We retain account and product-usage data for as long as your account is active and thereafter as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Support and audit records may be retained longer to establish a legal record of consent and communications.

10. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and standard security practices to protect your information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Residents of California, Colorado, Virginia, and other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as defined by applicable law. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@axiomsignals.io. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

13. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
